This award-winning Microlot (separated and dedicated to quality) is from Ngoli Estates in the northern region of Zambia, bordering DR Congo and Tanzania. This unique coffee experience smells amazing and tastes like a full-body pinot noir wine.
Unique is an understatement. One of our favorite but hard-to-get coffees is from China, and this one stands up to it but for a price that doesn't break the bank. It is balanced, smooth, and sweet, exuding the true nature of a naturally processed micro-lot where a keen focus on quality and delicate handling is given.
THIS COFFEE IS SOOOO AMAZING!!!

Why did we choose to offer this coffee?
We chose this coffee not just because it cupped very well but because our provider does a lot to "be the boon" to the coffee-producing communities in Zambia, providing education, healthcare, gender equality, and free housing to the coffee farm workers. They also fund an "out-growers" program for 168 farmers (and growing) outside the estates to provide access to seedlings, sustainability, quality, and field services support. They also support community development projects with a focus on improving the environment.
And the biggest reason as to "why" we fell in love with it....drum roll:
Did you know that this estate is training Zambia's first female tractor drivers? It's a no-brainer!
